Case study
In 2023, we completed a mixed methods research project funded by the Paul Ramsay Foundation, to reimagine the Australian employment services system. Report findings can be found here.
To deliver this, we worked in close partnership with over 70 stakeholders including employment service providers and social enterprises, whilst closely collaborating with employment consultants and job seekers to understand their perspectives.
The success of this project led to a further grant from PRF to run a 3-year trial testing a new service model – Building Agency and Trust.
